Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Billing is not yet active on the Service — pricing shown is indicative and subject to change before payment processing goes live. Once billing is active, this section will be updated with cancellation, refund, and renewal terms.

6. Content Ownership

Conversations and generated images produced through your account remain yours to use for personal purposes. The underlying character models, software, and branding remain the property of The Vault.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
